Owner Willie Grandberry spent his life in Chicago. As a lifelong resident and former utility worker, he has driven down street after street. The one thing that always impressed him was when each house in the neighborhood had a well-kept, manicured lawn.

HIs journey to making that a reality began in his own neighborhood, on his own block. Wanting to take the burden of yard maintenance from a neighbor, he offered to help. One neighbor turned to two. Two clients turned to three and soon he found himself with a burgeoning business. He expanded his operation to include condominiums and commercial properties. He continues expand his tools and personnel as his business expands.

This transition made sense. When his neighbor struggled with their existing lawn care specialist missing appointments and not answering their phone, Willie stepped up. It was a natural extension of his ongoing drive to for his family and his community.
